I work with children, teens and families, also adults (individually and as a couple) to identify areas of personal and relational difficulty. My goal being to help each client to improve communication and provide a safe place to learn effective skills to manage their stresses, feelings and behaviors. Together, finding ways to achieve clarity, mindfulness and peace within themselves and their relationships. Play Therapy is my approach when working with children and families. When I am working with teens and adults we work in attachment based, emotionally focused and sand tray therapies. I tailor therapy to match you and your needs.
