Therapist Overview

I work with individuals and couples struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, trauma, relationship difficulties, and addiction. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, drawing effective interventions from several different therapy approaches. I provide an atmosphere of warmth, insight, and acceptance, in which people feel comfortable sharing and exploring their experiences and developing new skills. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified DBT Clinician. I am intensively trained in the DBT Prolonged Exposure protocol (DBT PE). I currently offer both comprehensive DBT and DBT-informed treatment. I also work with couples using a DBT-informed lens. I also offer clinical supervision to licensed social workers and new clinicians working towards their clinical licensure. I’m particularly interested in supervising clinicians practicing DBT.
