I have over twelve years of experience working in the mental health field. I received my MSW from Washington University in St. Louis with a specialization in family therapy and completed my masters in education while teaching elementary school to underserved children as part of Teach for America. I am a proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame. I continue to be an active learner and have participated in many trainings- most notably EMDR, Karyn Purvis’s Trust Based Relational Intervention, Gottman’s Couples Therapy, Bruce Perry’s Neurosequential Framework, DBT, and Heather Forbes’s Beyond Consequences.
