Therapist Overview

At times we all feel distressed or discouraged — disconnected from ourselves, from others, or from the world around us. I provide an environment that will empower you to reconnect with your true self, enhance your coping skills, and move forward in meaningful directions. As a certified Iyengar yoga instructor, I can help you integrate mind, body and spirit into the counseling process. I offer individual therapy to adults. Difficulties and concerns can present opportunities for healing and growth. I have assisted clients with life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress-related illness, trauma, grief, relationship issues, intersecting identities, and everyday challenges of living. I am an LGBTQQI+ affirming therapist. Having led a weekly grief group for 5 years, I now assist individual clients through experiences of significant loss. Additional interests include mindfulness, acceptance, resilience, holistic wellness, and development throughout the lifespan. PORTAL LINK FOR CURRENT CLI
