You matter! My goal is to empower and build hope in individuals by helping them gain insight and acquire tools to live their lives more successfully. It is a privilege to support individuals, couples and children as they learn healthier ways to end destructive behavioral patterns, gain fresh approaches to parenting a child with behavioral issues or ADHD. I also do couples counseling with the goal of strengthening, restoring and healing the relational connection. I strive to make therapy sessions an emotionally safe place for my client’s to unpack, process and resolve their issues.
