I received my training in Los Angeles. My experience has included depression and anxiety, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues and divorce, life stressors, and weight loss. I treat individuals and couples, using a variety of treatment modalities that are individualized to meet the needs of each person. After completing my Masters in Counseling, I went on to finish a certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner. With these skills I also practice health counseling, life coaching, and weight loss. This practice is geared at developing a health program to gain balance. I have recently completed my certification in Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises in Portland, Oregon.
