Therapist Overview

Maybe anxiety, depression, and self-defeating thoughts are all trying to communicate something important. I offer a space, a process and an eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities (somatic, talk and spiritual) to help you listen differently. Letting go, giving yourself what you truly need, and allowing change is often easier said than done; but it is possible. Teens may benefit from building relationships with an adult outside the drama and judgment of their family or school system. I offer a safe space to unload the details of their life, while building coping and communication skills. I’m here to set teens upfor a successful transition into adulthood. My goal is to increase authenticity by decreasing anxiety around being our most true selves. Speaking your truth is part of the process. I can help navigate parenting of gender-expansive and LGBQ youth, the role of gender in relationships and resource acquisition.
