As a therapist use my experience and in-depth training with Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients gain clarity on what they want and what’s getting in the way. I specialize in helping those who struggle with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety learn essential coping tools.
