Therapist Overview
My clients generally are struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and/or trauma… or the million ways those things manifest and interact. Together in therapy we will figure out what is keeping you from feeling fulfillment, and develop tools to help break down those barriers so we can find more contentment in each day. My clients are looking for immediate coping skills as well as deep introspection to create sustainable self-improvement, all the while celebrating incremental change. Email at [email protected] schedule at https://calendly.com/mallory-sprague My practice is holistic and individualized – I am trained in several modalities, and will cobble together an effective approach for each client. Broadly, I think a lot about patterns of behavior and how to break or bolster them, the effect that economic and social systems have on individuals, and playing into the inherent strengths of a person. Curiosity, compassion, and humor allow an engaging and collaborative atmosphere in our sessions. My worldview has been shaped through work with people of all ages, identity, and experience in the U.S., abroad, and within tribal nations. My lens is ever-growing and nonjudgmental, allowing me to bring nuance and understanding to my practice.
