I work with people living with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger concerns, separation/loss/grief issues, and people coping with discrimination. I have 17 years of experience working with children and adolescents 5-18, young adults, and adults. I provide trauma informed, culturally sensitive, supportive therapy aimed at improving people’s ability to cope with their stressors.
