In our fast paced society, many people feel inadequate, worried, and that they go through the motions of daily living. Children often face impossible tasks and are made to feel “less than”. Others have suffered from trauma and need help to heal from suffering. After 30 plus years in the field of Social Work, and providing psychotherapy, I can help by offering an accepting, warm, and therapeutic environment . If you are struggling with self esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship, parenting, family conflicts, life transitions ,and similar concerns I have successfully helped many clients with these issues It takes brains, courage, and heart to reach out and realize therapy would be helpful.
