If you are ready to take that first step, we am here to help at Crayton Counseling & Associates!! We have three amazing therapists that see clients ages 6 and up via Individual Therapy!! Combined they have skills in EMDR, DBT skills, mindfulness based techniques, CBT, etc. Their experience is as diverse as the clients they work with, including, addiction, trauma, anxiety, grief, shame, depression, etc. When life happens and stressors begin to take over, it can be scary and overwhelming to seek help. Our thoughts run wild and our feelings become jumbled; often times, it can seem lonely and like hope is lost. However, these feelings do not keep us from wanting change and wanting something more.
