You don’t have to feel stuck by emotions and it’s my role to help you learn to navigate them effectively. It’s a joy to guide people who have felt heavy for so long to not only realize a spark of hope but to begin living in ways that make the spark a fixture. Your concerns are manageable and when you cannot feel this to be true yourself, I’ll firmly hold the belief for you and help you take the small steps needed to make it real. Trained in CBT to treat most presenting concerns, my specialties are grief, trauma, depression, and abuse. I value honesty, respect, and compassion and these values will guide our work. I will honor and empathize with your hard stories while teaching you to do the same. I will believe in you enough to compassionately challenge you to create new stories. Helping you create these new stories is the goal. You’ll be the author while I help ask the right questions.
