Therapist Overview
The concerns that life brings us vary widely, but I often see people struggle with stress management, anxiety, depression, school or work-related concerns, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, and the uncertainty of life’s transitions. My approach is both collaborative and person-centered, while always rooted in evidence-based practices. Therapy is a place to unpack suffering in order to find understanding, balance, peace, hope, and joy. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for both adolescents and adults. I have extensive Mindfulness training, and can integrate that into our sessions if that interests you. Mindfulness helps with stress reduction and emotion regulation; people often find a greater sense of balance and freedom when practicing mindfulness! I’m committed to providing a warm, non-judgmental space to foster your positive pathway to mental health.
