My own journey of deep self-exploration and inquiry from a young age added to 20+ years experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist has allowed for some mastery of this thing called life. It is my passion to work with others on their own unique life journey, through the challenging times that life can bring. Special skills and focus have been Transpersonal, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Inner child/family work, Relationship issues, Inherited family trauma, Anxiety/Depression, Trauma, Woman’s Issues, Parenting, Addictions, Grief and loss, Spirituality (Mindfulness/Meditation, Spiritual Counseling and Affirmative prayer), Chronic Illness, LGBTQ, Expressive Arts The last couple of years I have been doing an online therapy practice, which has worked better than I could have imagined and makes counseling easy and accessible.
