But the truth is, life is messy, and navigating through its ups and downs can be really hard. Having someone to act as a sounding board, help us stay grounded, and support us in shifting our perspective, can be invaluable. Especially amidst a national pandemic that has flipped most people’s realities upside down, you may have found yourself facing unexpected hurdles and decided that enough is enough. If you can relate with the words above, I’d love to join you in your journey. I draw from many different approaches but primarily use motivational interviewing, CBT, and mindfulness in my work. I help people learn how to be more gentle with themselves and build on their (often unrecognized) successes so that they can stop feeling stuck and move forward.
