Upholding an unrealistic expectation of self and societal pressure of “keeping it all together” is exhausting! and I don’t want you to continue this cycle… I hear you, I see you! My style is empathetic, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I like to incorporate music, humor, and walk & talk therapy into my practice. I enjoy helping people build confidence and feel empowered to start living for themselves when they want more than just surviving. I help challenge distorted thoughts and learn to recognize what your body is telling you. I am an active, loving, supportive member of the LGBTQ+ community. I believe in (and embrace) experimentation: the freedom to test things out and see how they fit, to explore the various facets of yourself, and to allow for complexities, contradictions, and messiness.
