Therapist Overview
I provide non-judgemental space for individuals and families to explore, reflect and re-connect with each other and themselves. The unresolved traumas from childhood can cause tension and stress in our current relationships, impact our parenting and leave us feeling confused and powerless. I collaborate with adults, children and families as they work through attachment concerns, behavioral issues and trauma. As an infant and early childhood mental health clinician I have a deep understanding of how attachment histories and childhood issues show up at all stages of life. I specialize in offering relationship focused, trauma informed therapeutic treatment which includes play therapy, parent support, reflective practice & psychodynamic intervention. I am trained in trauma informed yoga and use this knowledge to support the healing process with children & adults. I encourage you to reach out for a phone consultation or to schedule your first appointment and look forward to partnering with you on this healing journey. Please note: BCBS now accepted. Statements for reimbursement can be provided for all other insurance carriers.
