Therapist Overview
It’s not our suffering that defines us but how we grow from it. I don’t just want to help you recover from your traumas and hardships; I want to help you discover your innate health, wholeness, and purpose, so that you can live a constantly meaningful, authentic, and truly fulfilling life. I support adults and young adults through trauma, anxiety, life transitions, depression, spiritual emergencies, and existential crises. If you’ve ever asked “Why am I here?”, felt stuck or unsatisfied with your life, or struggled trusting or finding your place in the world, I am here for you. I believe the key to health lives in the body. Backed by many years of somatic training, exploration, and practice, I will help you become more grounded and embodied, more present to your life, and more connected to your unique truth of who you are and why you’re here. With a wide view of reality, I will help you integrate all of your self to meet the world. Ultimately, I believe you are the expert on your life. Listening without judgement, I modify my therapeutic approach to best meet your unique needs and goals. Sessions may include talking, meditations, experiential exercises, and humor. I welcome all people. Let’s see how we can work together. It’s an honor to support your journey.
