Therapist Overview

Self-actualization is so important to feel one’s life has meaning and purpose, so helping you get to or BACK to that point is what I find so fulfilling in my practice! The goal of NW Counseling Service is to help you grow and become all that you are capable of and assist you in developing and mastering those skills. I work with adults, individuals, and couples, who are experiencing issues of communication. Achieving success in relationships by being able to communicate effectively is one of the areas I most often work. Also, dealing with recurrent depression and anxiety; managing work-life balance; healing old traumas; and handling stress; along with exploring family of origin issues is all a part of the therapy I do. Additional areas of my practice include addictions, codependency, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and various forms of past trauma. Most people find me very easy to confide in and share problems with. You will find me supportive and helpful in dealing with whatever your goals for treatment may be.
