Anxiety and nightmares keep you up at night, you lash out at the ones you love, and you feel ashamed and alone. Sometimes you worry that you’re losing your mind and it’s getting harder to fake it. If you’re struggling with PTSD, traumatic memories, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief and loss, or even “simple” life transitions, I can help you find hope, peace, and direction. You don’t need to suffer alone; therapy can help you create the life you deserve. Together, let’s identify and resolve what is getting in the way. I help you resolve the obstacles that are keeping you from the peaceful life that you deserve by compassionately helping you get to the root of what’s going on, and creating healthy coping skills. When you meet with me, it is likely that we will also discuss EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy as a powerful treatment option. What do you want and need in a therapist?
