It can be difficult to work toward positive change when we are managing anxiety or depression, are entrenched in unhealthy patterns, or are embedded in systems that need to be shaken out of stasis. We will work to slow down, understand your specific context, and figure out what genuine growth looks like for you. I work with clients to find a healthy balance in their personal, professional, and creative lives. We will assess what is working, what isn’t working, and what parts of your life you are motivated to change. We will collaborate to determine what interventions are most effective for you. I employ a strengths-based, systems focused approach and draw from evidence based approaches like CBT, ACT, or Narrative. I have an MFA in painting, and art informs my approach to creative problem solving. We will work to find what change looks like and how you can enact it.
