I work with individuals and couples on developing healthy coping strategies to deal with today’s stressors, including relationship problems, parenting, work-related issues, retirement, and struggles occurring due to COVID-19. My work includes strengthening relationships between Veterans and their families and educating family members about military-related stressors. I also specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ population, and with family members whose personal belief systems may conflict with their LGBTQ+ loved ones. I previously served as an LGBTQ Coordinator for the Veteran’s Administration. I utilize several treatment modalities but also cherish the uniqueness of individuals and why they choose to seek treatment at this time. Together, we will work as a team to best meet these needs.
