Therapist Overview

My practice, Little Sprouts Counseling, focuses on children birth through adolescence, teens, young adult women, families, and new parents in the areas of anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, attachment, parenting support and skill building. It can be hard communicating our feelings and needs with others in an effective way. It is within the context of our relationship with self and others that we find or lose balance. I take a person-centered, strength-based, empowering, and mindful approach to therapy to help you overcome your challenges and bring forward your best self. I offer a whole person, mind-body approach to treatment and a safe and trustworthy therapeutic relationship. My work is informed through trauma and attachment practices. I incorporate psychoeducation, EMDR, mindfulness, movement, yoga, art, and play to cultivate awareness, growth, and change. I believe that everybody has the capacity for growth and change. My goal is to help you face the challenges in your life so you can blossom to your fullest potential. Please visit my website for more information on my approach and services offered. I look forward to hearing from you!
