Therapist Overview
I am passionate in my work as a counselor because I believe hope can be renewed, redemption is possible, and beauty can emerge from the messiness of life. If you are here because you want to rediscover the joy and fulfillment that have been missing in your life, I would love to talk with you! In my spare time I am a ceramic artist. I find my work as a potter provides a meaningful metaphor for the counseling process as it involves patience, gentleness, messiness, and the potential for growth, beauty, and purpose. I enjoy working with people who are dealing with grief & loss, depression, life transitions, and challenges with relationships. I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based resource to help people process unresolved trauma in more adaptive ways. You don’t have to go through life just surviving. I love helping people along a path toward healing and health and learning to flourish in their unique design! *Please note: I have worked as an LPC in Colorado since 2010 and am currently working under a supervisor toward PA licensure.
