I listen and interact with empathy and provide insight and support. No two treatments are the same; it’s your life and you deserve to choose your goals. I have counseled individuals for over 12 years in multiple treatment settings and I have a full-time private practice. I am a licensed mental health counselor, a credentialed substance abuse counselor, and am trained in mood and anxiety disorders. My practice also includes working with eating disorders, sexual addictions, and people in recovery. I believe it is important to feel heard, seen, validated, and understood.
