Therapist Overview
“You don’t have to be fearless. Doing it afraid is just as brave” (Morgan Harper Nichols). Sometimes reaching out for help and facing the hard things can be scary. I love to create a safe place to help clients realize that they can be scared and brave at the same time. I love to empower clients and help them to realize that they can do hard things, make changes, and find hope for the future. My practice primarily focuses on women of all ages. I love working through the unique struggles and joys of middle school, high school, and the transition to young adulthood after high school. I also love working with young mothers making that major transition. Additionally, I have significant experience with adoption and trauma. I believe that the counseling relationship is a unique and special relationship and am honored to walk alongside clients and help them to recognize their unique gifts and empower them to write the story they desire for their lives.
