This can include a variety of issues or concerns such as change of life issues, the end of a relationship/divorce, career changes, medical concerns, or a desire to improve quality of life. For the past several years, I have been treating individuals with mental health disorders, including: depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia and substance abuse/addiction concerns. I also have experience in working with the LGBTQIA community. I can also provide family and or couples therapy. I provide a safe and therapeutic environment that will assist you in creating a plan to make the changes you would like to see in your life. I believe in treating the person and not the symptoms.
