If your child is struggling with temper tantrums, anxiety, low self-esteem, or anger outbursts, this could be their way of alerting you of a bigger problem. I provide play and behavior therapy to help them express their feelings openly, learn healthy communication styles and develop coping mechanisms they can use when stressed. I also enjoy working with adults that struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions and relationship problems. My goal is to educate and empower them to achieve peace of mind. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals challenge negative thoughts and develop a realistic positive mindset. I use mindfulness to help you develop techniques that keep you in the here and now. I use Brainspotting to help clients process unresolved trauma and release negative emotions, allowing them to heal and achieve calm in their life I offer a warm and welcoming environment that’s free from judgement.
