Therapist Overview
I have a passion for working with adolescents & adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, suicidality, low self-esteem and codependency. I adhere to a Person-Centered counseling approach which means, therapy gets to be all about you, where you are valued and you can say what’s on your mind without fear of judgment. Therapy is a process that takes time, effort & a willingness to be vulnerable and self-reflect. But the biggest predictor of success in therapy is having a good relationship with your therapist, so why not give me a call for a free consultation. I spent several years working for a program providing short-term counseling and crisis intervention services for teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidality, self-harm, homiciality, ADHD, grief and loss, identity issues and trauma. I started my private practice to help individuals in Sonoma access services closer to home. I have a passion for working in collaboration with young people and adults by providing a safe therapeutic space to explore their strengths, challenges, relationships and to ultimately to achieve their goals. I believe in creating a mutual alliance built upon honesty, genuineness, integrity, consistency, trust, respect and a little laughter too.
