Hi! My name is Michelle Vallario, LCSW, owner of and sole practitioner at MIND Your Health Psychotherapy, LLC. After many years practicing social work in the acute care setting, followed by several more years providing individual psychotherapy as part of a group practice, I opened my own private practice in March 2018. At MIND Your Health Psychotherapy I used my educational background as a social worker to shape my clinical approach.
