I have been practicing for over 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in a variety of settings including hospitals, out patient mental health clinics, school-based counseling, and most recently a group private practice. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Many people struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, grief, unexpected crisis, tragedy and illnesses. I find my clients are looking to feel heard and understood, to feel like someone is really listening, understanding and validating their experiences. My approach is client- centered and holistic; drawing from a variety of treatment modalities. Providing a safe, non judgmental atmosphere and my ability to connect to my clients is my foremost strength, and is integral to a positive therapeutic outcome. I believe in considering all aspects of wellness when considering how to best help my client It is my belief that there is no one size fits all approach.
