Beginning therapy demonstrates that you are committed to working diligently on yourself to achieve wellness, satisfaction, and create a life where you are not just surviving, but thriving and living in a way that is meaningful. I work with individuals across all age demographics, expressed identities, cultural backgrounds, and lived experiences. I support individuals looking to address anxiety, depression and mood disorders, grief and bereavement, substance use and addiction, and trauma. I also work with clients who present issues relating to self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. My clinical specialties stem from DBT, CBT, ACT, and MI. These modalities are used to understand the connection between behaviors, feelings, and thoughts to participate in your life most effectively. I also draw from experiential learning, psychodynamic psychotherapy, prolonged exposure therapy, mindfulness, and mind-body and movement-based practices. Together, we will collaborate on developing new coping skills, modifying behaviors and thoughts that are keeping you stuck, strengthening the relationships you have with others, and uncovering your potential to build mastery and overcome personal challenges.
