My ideal clients have issues with anxiety, depression, addiction and grief. Those who have little to no family support or friend network to rely on during difficult times. I work with people who struggle with alcoholism and drug abuse and repeated relapse. Many of my clients need help making life decisions especially between the ages of 16-26. Also those who are in transition either from divorce, from college to the workplace and single parents. Most everyone needs to know if they are going to be okay and if they are, how will they be okay. My specialties include certifications in Dual Diagnosis (addiction and anxiety/depression), Trauma and PTSD and Grief. The most important part of what I have to offer is that I have gone through most of these issues myself and continue to do the work necessary to remain healthy and emotionally well. Experientially I can say, me too. Because I have gone through most of the difficulties that face my clients each day, I am able to honestly say I empathize with my clients. Yes, me too. There are solutions to the ways we have coped in the past that no longer work or never worked at all. As a therapist and life coach we are on the journey together.
