I provide a warm, comfortable, caring environment where individuals and families can identify life problems, develop insight, learn and practice new skill I believe the journey in therapy is one people are often skeptical of, in my practice I feel it is the client’s goals that are most important and I am just along to assist them in obtaining their goals. As a Marriage and Family Therapist I practice with the perspective, what we think impacts our journey causing challenges in relationships, jobs, education, and every aspect of our l lives. Changing the way we think and interpret our lives assists in building a life worth living. I have 9 years of experiencing working in the mental health field. I began my working for a crisis hotline and have worked with youth and adults struggling with real life issues. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral modalities; which, are evidence base in assisting individuals with real life struggles. Mental illness has struggles and can make you feel alone; however, you are not alone. Finding a therapist who is a good fit is challenging.
