Hi, I’m Cheryl! I am so glad you are here. As women, we are charged with the expectation that we are going to be committed wives, involved mothers, parent caregivers, and successful in our careers. In an attempt to “have it all”, we put our own lives and well being on hold. The goal of life coaching is to help you overcome the fear of change and feel empowered to do so! Together, we will explore your past and uncover what has inspired you and what has held you back. We will identify your passions and rewrite your story to be the one you have always dreamed of. Working with a life coach can help you to see your true potential and find meaning for your life. It provides you with someone who will help hold you accountable and stay committed toward being the best you! CBT and Solution Focused Techniques will help you explore what has stopped you from your goals. I combine the knowledge gained from my PhD Global Leadership, MS Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and life coach certification combined with being a Christian, mom, and wife so that I can share my experiences to support your growth.
