Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or trauma and wondering how the new field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy can support you? Have you worked with underground guides or shamans and need extra support untangling what came up for you? Exploring psychedelics and the mental health and existential issues that they can bring to the surface can be challenging. I work with both people that are interested in exploring psychedelics to support them in achieving better mental health, as well as others that are using it for spiritual connection and life optimization. Since 2015, I’ve been a psychedelic educator and researcher. I’m passionate about supporting people at the intersection between psychedelics and mental health. I integrate psychedelically-informed approach to therapy incorporating trauma, somatic therapy, and parts work. I provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for the treatment of depression and PTSD. Navigating the mysterious world of psychedelics & underground therapy can be very intimidating. While I do not provide guided sessions with illegal psychedelics nor make referrals to the underground, I do offer education, harm reduction, & preparation/integration therapy.
