I work primarily from a CBT & interpersonal framework focusing on understanding the different relationships in your life, your thoughts, and how they all shape your view of the world and your presenting concern. By understanding how our experiences affect our day-to-day life, we can learn to exert influence over them and manage much more comfortably. In therapy, you can expect to think and feel in new ways that will help you live a more fulfilling life. I am a licensed psychologist born and raised in North County San Diego. In our sessions together we can expect to laugh, gain understanding, explore family history, and leave with new ideas/behaviors to implement.
