Therapy is unique to each person and is driven by your needs, goals, and what we discover in our work together. I use an integrative approach to customize treatment for everyone. I have over 20 years experience working with people of all ages in a variety of settings. Most recently, I have focused on co-occurring disorders (mental health and addiction) and trauma. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). People have amazing strength and resiliency that is often hidden by unhealthy attachments, mental health symptoms, or other challenges.
