We’ll shape an understanding of who you are, where you’d like to be, and what tools work for you to build skills and find solutions to your goals. Using my foundation in the neurophysiology of stress and trauma, I will partner with you to cultivate cognitive and body-based tools to cope and find new responses to present challenges. Everyone holds multiple and complex identities and histories of resilience. I work with people who struggle with parts of themselves and their histories, and who want to find harmony between their inner identity and the one they present to the world. I hold certifications in Trauma-Conscious Yoga, and blend traditional and non-traditional approaches.
