My role of therapist includes me being your advocate and collaborating with you to figure out the best way forward. I enjoy teaching my clients tools to regulate their emotions, communicate in ways they can feel good about, and manage stress more effectively. You will learn how to break unhealthy patterns and feel more equipped to handle life’s challenges. In our sessions you can expect a nonjudgmental space to be held for you. You can also expect to share some laughter with your therapist because I believe therapy shouldn’t always be so serious.
