Whether you’re struggling in your relationships or within yourself, my goal is to be there to support you and help you make change for yourself. I offer coping skills when needed combined with a laid back and person-centered approach. My focus will always be on providing a safe space and therapeutic relationship that helps you grow into your best and most beautiful self. I have my Master’s in Counselor Education, with a specialty in Clinical Mental Health. I offer counseling to a wide variety of clients.
