Therapist Overview

Many times we find ourselves disconnected – both from ourselves and the world around us. I invite people to soulfully nurture and explore the stories emerging in their lives, offering space to restore what feels depleted and therefore making room to engage life more fully. If you are interested in experiencing greater resonance within yourself and living a life with meaning, I encourage you to reach out. All change begins with curiosity and taking a first step. I incorporate guided imagery, music, self-compassion, and mindfulness into my practice. I also offer the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery & Music, a music-centered therapy that facilitates integration of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of well-being. Through all modalities, I seek to create space for healing, connection, and courage. I have extensive experience working with concerns related to self-worth, relationships, stress and chronic burnout, anxiety, difficult transitions, and grief. My approach is grounded in respect, deep listening, and compassion. Contact me for a free initial phone consultation to learn more about working together.
