Therapist Overview

“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced”- James Baldwin. My personal and professional experiences with individuals (predominantly minorities) who experienced various traumas in their lives that had gone untreated and undiagnosed inspired me to become a clinical psychologist. There is a consistent misunderstanding of how life experiences can impact the path of ones life and you, yourself. I believe it is a privilege to be part of the therapeutic process and am devoted to joining you in your journey to discovering a life you believe as one of healing, growth, and joy. I focus on a collaborative and strengths-based approach to facilitate a therapeutic relationship that provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to process their experiences, promote self-love, a sense of empowerment and hope. I am passionate about joining individuals on their journey to improving their lives in a way that is meaningful to them. I am currently accepting clients for immediate openings in the afternoons. I look forward to working with you and witnessing your transformation of self.
