Therapist Overview
This Covid Isolation is getting the best of us all! You are not alone! Are you recognizing that your anxiety has increased or is your marriage needing a little tune up? Over time, my goal is to help you get back to being your best self. Lets increase your confidence and bring greater awareness to your well being, so that we can hopefully find your ‘new normal.’ It is an honor to help first responders and their families. I recognize that those serving on the front lines are experiencing this pandemic in a very traumatic way. I appreciate all you are doing to help our community. I have experience helping those with child/adult trauma, domestic violence, relational issues, grief and loss. My Masters Degree in Social Work came from University of Louisville in 2008. I have a certification in Mindfullness for Clinical Interventions, which allows me to better help those dealing with anxiety, depression and intimacy issues. I enjoy when people recognize their strengths and resilience during challenging times. Our relationship will be authentic and encouraging as we set goals to improve your coping skills. Together, we can navigate your emotional suffering, change patterns and make life more meaningful. Although it feels like a roller coaster now, life will calm down.
