Therapist Overview
My job as a therapist is to make space for your stories, your values, and your authentic self. I have over a decade of experience working with adolescents and adults from a wide array of backgrounds and specialize in working with individuals contending with trauma, depression, anxiety, and/or suicidal ideation. Multiple treatment modalities inform my practice, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. I strongly believe, though, that the therapeutic relationship is the greatest predictor of progress. Connection is what propels us to thrive, and some laughter doesn’t hurt along the way. My approach is aligned with my principlesā humanistic, genuine, and open. Much of my clinical experience has focused on treating adolescents and young adults impacted by trauma or ongoing, severe mental health conditions. I am also passionate about working with individuals experiencing significant life transitions.
