At RNT it can be traditional talk therapy in the office, it may involve making bush-craft projects while talking, walking the paths, sitting on a bench outside, hiking, fishing or playing in the creek. While I offer traditional talk therapy, often times kids, teens and adults feel more relaxed and can open up more when involved in an activity and they are able to explore who they are, what they need and can learn through experiential methods of treatment. Nature tends to make therapy a fun and enjoyable experience. Mental health difficulties are a serious matter and I take your struggles seriously, but I also believe that I can help you achieve mental health in a more relaxed and fun way!
