Therapist Overview
“When I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” When we accept ourselves, even our painful emotions, we can then change them to transform our lives and our relationships. Battling with depression or anxiety can leave us confused and exhausted. The more we try to get fight and get rid of these painful feelings the stronger and more debilitating they become. My role is to help to end these battles when I join alongside you to help move away from a painful place down a path to relief and positive changes. By accepting and meeting people where they are, I help guide them to where they want to go. Just as there are multiple ways to improve our physical health, there are multiple ways to improve our mental and relational health. I collaborate with you to help find the best ways to meet your goals. I specialize in depression, anxiety, PTSD with individuals and couples. I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy. I have availability on evenings and weekends.
