Sometimes we allow circumstances and situations to deprive us of living the best life we can. Your mental health is valuable. Seeking therapy can help you remedy parts of life that stand between “who you are” and “who you want to be”. My desire is to help my clients develop the tools, find the resources, and attain the skills that they need to obtain the quality of life that they desire. I am trained and competent in servicing adolescents ages 11-17, adults, families, couples, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and persons of multicultural backgrounds. I particularly specialize in: depression, anxiety, PTSD/Trauma, substance/alcohol use, women issues, teen behavioral issues and self-actualization.
