In an enriching and creative environment, I develop a personally tailored blend of art therapy and counseling techniques to help clients from infancy to adulthood move through life’s challenges. I utilize art and play therapy with young children to address behavioral challenges, life transitions, anxiety, attachment, and self esteem. Parents and adults can receive support through infertility, pregnancy loss, anxiety, depression, and improving your bond with your child. The art process acts as a “second language” by providing a safe way of accessing feelings that may be difficult to articulate in words alone. I provide services to individuals, families, and parent-child dyads. As a DONA trained birth doula I nurture the importance of maintaining a balanced mind beginning at pregnancy.
